Marlo takes your fitness goals seriously. She understands that losing weight and gaining muscle can be challenging and her goal is to help you overcome barriers by using science based evidence with a holistic approach. Marlo has been a certified personal trainer for 17 years. She has competed in bodybuilding and several figure competitions. She works with all levels of fitness from beginner to advanced in a clean, private, non-judgmental environment. Building muscle, burning fat while maintaining proper form is her specialty. Marlo continued her knowledge by getting certified as a Sports Nutrition specialist. Marlo coaches anyone from recreational to competitive athletes. The newest addition to her studio is the Fit3D body scanner. This is an excellent way to determine your overall Heath and wellness. If you work with a trainer, go to the chiropractor regularly or would like to get a yearly scan as part of your Physical all are welcome. Just make an appointment, download the fit 3-D app and when your scan is complete the information will be sent directly to you and only you. Pregnant women are getting monthly scans to track baby bumps. Fit 3-D gives off no radiation so it is completely safe. This is a great way for moms to see how much their belly grows monthly and the pictures are great keepsakes
